Bill brings a wealth of emergency experience from both the front line emergency responder role (Hamilton Fire Department) as well as from an overall municipal perspective.

Bill has also served as the Emergency Measures Co-ordinator for the amalgamated city of Hamilton, population 500,000 and has facilitated the growth in their emergency program to a municipal award winning level.

Bill is an accomplished instructor, facilitator and team builder. He is a graduate of the Ontario Fire College, Emergency Preparedness College in Arnprior and also holds a Facilitation Certificate from Mohawk College.
